Protein Pancakes

Protein Pancakes – makes 16 pancakes:
2 bananas
4 eggs
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
100 grams of oats
Filling (optional): sugar free dark chocolate 80 pct, raspberries, blueberries or something else ????

How to:
Put all the ingredients into the blender and mix well till all combined. Thereafter use a little coconut oil and add the batter to the pan. Thereafter put the `filling` in each and flip once the pancake is cooked on the first side.

Calories: 60 kcal per pancake (without filling), if you prefer less calories, less cholesterol and more protein, then use 8 egg whites. 1 egg white only contains 17 calories where a medium sized egg has 85 kcal.
