Healthy Breakfast Buns

Ingredients:
200 grams of blended oats
200 grams of greek yogurt
2 eggs
1 carrot (grated)
2 teaspoon of baking powder
Little salt
# you can also add 1dl of sunflower seeds to give a little more texture

How to:
Poor the blended oats into a bowl, add the eggs and Greek yougurt and whisk it all together. Add the rest of the ingredients. Put the dough in the fridge for 15 minuts. Turn on the oven at 200 degress. Make the dough into 8 buns (add some chia, sunflower seeds or other is wanted as topping) and let them bake for 15 minuts.
