Banana Muffins (makes 14-16 muffins)
Ingredients:
3 bananas
5 eggs
1 dl almonds
1 dl coconut flour:
4 dates
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
½ teaspoon cardomomme
How to:
Turn on the oven at 175 degress. Blend all ingredients together. Poor the dough into silicone muffin forms. In case you prefer them a little sweater then add a little chunky pieces of sugarfree dark chocolate.
