Only 3 Ingredients, Vegan, Gluten- and Sugarfree Brownie:
3 large ripped bananas
50 grams of nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts or what you prefer), I made mine with walnuts
2-3 tablespoons of raw cocoa 85 pct
Turn the oven of 200 degrees
Put the nuts into a food processor and blend until it get a nut butter consistent. Thereafter blend the bananas and cocoa
together with the nuts until the mixture is smooth.
Put the dough into a silicone bread form and bake between 20-25 minuts, check with a fork in the middle, it´s done when the dough doesn’t stick to the fork. In my opinion the cake tastes best cold and can last in the fridge for a couple of days.
